LIMOX SERVICES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions governing the limousine rental service provided by LimoX. These terms are legally binding and designed to protect both LimoX and the client from any disputes or misunderstandings.

1. RESERVATION & BOOKING POLICY

All limousine reservations are subject to availability. LimoX reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any booking based on fleet availability. A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the client. The client must provide accurate details regarding pick-up time, location, drop-off destination, and any additional stops. Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. LimoX is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client at the time of booking.

2. SERVICE DURATION & WAITING TIME

The service duration starts when the chauffeur arrives at the designated pick-up location and ends when the client is dropped off at the final agreed destination. Once the chauffeur arrives at the pick-up location at the scheduled time, the service clock begins regardless of whether the client is ready or not. LimoX is not responsible for any delays or disruptions in the client's schedule caused by the client's delay in being ready.

If the client is not at the pick-up location at the scheduled time and does not communicate with the chauffeur, a grace period of 1hour will be allowed. After this period, if there is still no communication, the chauffeur reserves the right to mark the booking as a no-show and leave the pick-up location. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

If the service extends beyond the originally reserved duration, LimoX will automatically charge the client’s card $100 for each additional hour. For example, if a client reserves the limousine for 4 hours, but the trip continues beyond the 4-hour mark, the client will be automatically billed for the 5th hour and any subsequent hours exceeding the reservation period.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a refund. However, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund, and the full payment may be forfeited.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (failure to be present at the pick-up location without prior notice) are strictly non-refundable.

4. PASSENGER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES

The client and passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all safety and legal regulations during the ride.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited inside the limousine:

  • Smoking (unless explicitly allowed by LimoX driver)

  • Consuming illegal substances

  • Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disorderly behavior

  • Vandalism or damaging the vehicle

  • Engaging in any illegal or unsafe activities

LimoX reserves the right to terminate the ride immediately if any passenger engages in inappropriate or dangerous behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

The client assumes full responsibility for any unexpected accidents, spills, stains, excessive trash, or other damages caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. In such cases, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the client.

If any breakage or physical damage occurs inside the limousine due to the client’s or their guests' actions, LimoX will assess the extent of the damage, and the repair costs will be calculated and billed to the client accordingly.

6. DELAYS, TRAFFIC & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

LimoX is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, accidents, weather, police activity, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to provide timely service, arrival and drop-off times are estimated and not guaranteed. LimoX is not responsible for missed flights, events, or appointments due to unexpected delays. Clients should plan accordingly and book with sufficient time margins.

7. PROPERTY & LOST ITEMS

LimoX is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the limousine. Clients are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting. If an item is found, LimoX may attempt to return it at the client's expense.

8. ALCOHOL & MINORS POLICY

Passengers must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol inside the limousine. If minors are present, the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. If any illegal activities (such as underage drinking or drug use) occur inside the limousine, the service will be terminated immediately, and law enforcement may be notified. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. DISTANCE LIMITATIONS

For each rental, the maximum distance covered is limited based on the reserved duration:

  • 8-hour rental120 miles maximum

  • 6-hour rental100 miles maximum

  • 4-hour rental80 miles maximum

Any distance exceeding the allocated mileage limit will incur an additional charge of $4 per mile. The client will be notified of any extra charges before the service is completed.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

LimoX shall not be held responsible for any failure to provide services due to unforeseen and uncontrollable events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By checking the "I Agree to Terms & Conditions" box and proceeding with the booking, you confirm that:
✅ You have read and fully understood these terms.
✅ You agree to comply with all rules and responsibilities stated above.
✅ You accept all liabilities, including potential extra charges for damages, delays, or additional service requests.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of service without a refund.
