QUICK NOTARY SEAL
Welcome to Quick Notary Seal, a notary service model developed and fully owned by XBS (XWIDE Business Solutions) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our notary services, including mobile, remote, and in-office notarization. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide three distinct notary services:
1.1. Mobile Notary Services
A notary will travel to your location within our designated service areas.
Travel fees will apply and are determined based on distance, urgency, and availability.
If the signer is not present, unprepared, or lacks valid ID, the appointment will be canceled with no refund.
Additional charges may apply for multiple signatures, witnesses, waiting time, or unforeseen delays.
1.2. Online Notary Services
Remote notarization is conducted via secure and compliant online platforms.
Clients must have reliable internet, a functioning camera, microphone, and valid identification.
Some states and countries may not accept remote notarization—it is the client’s responsibility to confirm acceptance before booking.
We are not responsible if a remotely notarized document is rejected by third parties.
1.3. In-Office Notary Services
Services are by appointment only—no walk-ins are accepted.
Clients must arrive on time with all necessary documents and valid ID.
If the signer is late by more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
We do not provide legal advice—clients must ensure documents are complete before arrival.
2. ELIGIBILITY & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or meet your state’s legal signing requirements).
Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
Present original documents—we do not notarize photocopies unless legally permitted.
Be mentally competent and signing willingly—we will refuse service if coercion or impairment is suspected.
Provide your own witnesses if required, unless arranged in advance.
3. PAYMENT, FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments must be made in advance—services will not proceed without full payment.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.
Additional fees apply for:
Travel time for mobile services.
After-hours, weekend, and holiday notarizations.
Urgent or same-day appointments.
Additional signers or witnesses.
3.1. Cancellations & No-Shows
24-hour notice required for cancellations to receive a full refund.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
If the signer is not prepared, lacks ID, or refuses to sign, the service is still chargeable.
4. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE
We do not provide the following:
Legal advice or document preparation—clients should consult an attorney if needed.
Notarization of blank, incomplete, or suspicious documents.
Service if the signer appears intoxicated, coerced, or unaware of what they are signing.
Witness services unless arranged in advance.
Notarization for documents that violate state, federal, or international laws.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By booking our services, you agree to:
Ensure all documents are complete before the appointment.
Confirm that notarization is accepted in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate personal information—false information may result in refusal of service.
Treat our notaries with professionalism and respect—abuse will result in service denial.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Our services are provided "as-is", with no guarantees on document acceptance by third parties.
We are not liable for errors in client-provided documents.
If an error is made by our notary, we will correct it at no additional charge.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the notary service.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA SECURITY
We do not share, sell, or misuse client information.
Online notarizations are conducted via encrypted and legally compliant platforms.
