GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Quick Notary Seal is a professional notary service model developed and fully owned by XBS (XWIDE Business Solutions). We offer mobile, online, and in-office notarization services for individuals and businesses.

  • We provide three types of notarization services:

    • Mobile Notary Services – We come to your location.

    • Online Notary Services – Fully remote notarization via a secure platform.

    • In-Office Notary Services – Notarization by appointment at our office.

  • No. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. If you need legal assistance, please consult an attorney before using our services.

MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES

  • With our mobile notary service, a certified notary will travel to your location to notarize your documents. You must provide a valid government-issued ID and ensure that all signers are present.

  • We provide mobile notary services in designated North and Central Jersey areas. Please check our Service Areas page for full details.

  • Yes, travel fees are based on distance and urgency. These fees will be disclosed upfront before booking.

  • If you are unavailable or unprepared at the time of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

ONLINE NOTARY SERVICES

  • Online notarization allows you to have documents notarized remotely via a secure video platform. A notary verifies your identity and witnesses your signature electronically.

  • Yes! Online notarization is legally recognized in many U.S. states and internationally. However, some states and countries may have restrictions—it is your responsibility to confirm acceptance before booking.

  • To use our online notary service, you need:

    ✅ A computer or smartphone with a webcam and microphone.
    ✅ A stable internet connection.
    ✅ A valid government-issued ID.
    ✅ The document you need notarized in digital format (PDF preferred).

  • Item descriMost online notarization sessions take 10-15 minutes. However, the process may take longer if there are multiple signers or complex documents.ption

  • Yes! All sessions are encrypted and recorded for security. We follow strict compliance standards to protect your data.

IN-OFFICE NOTARY SERVICES

  • Our in-office notary services are by appointment only. You must schedule your visit in advance to ensure availability.

  • Please bring:

    ✅ The document(s) you need notarized.
    ✅ A valid government-issued ID.
    ✅ Any required witnesses (if applicable).

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • We notarize a wide range of documents, including:
    Real Estate Documents (Deeds, Mortgages, Loan Closings)
    Power of Attorney (POA)
    Affidavits & Sworn Statements
    Contracts & Agreements
    Trusts & Wills (In states where allowed by law)
    Business & Corporate Documents

  • We cannot notarize the following:

    Incomplete or blank documents
    Photocopies of identification documents (unless permitted by law)
    Documents where the signer is unwilling or unaware
    Anything that violates state or federal laws

  • Yes, as long as the document has a section for the notary’s acknowledgment in English.

PAYMENT & FEES

  • Pricing varies based on service type, location, and urgency. All fees will be disclosed before booking.

  • We accept:

    Credit & Debit Cards
    Online Payments
    Business & Personal Checks (for approved clients)

  • No refunds are provided once a notarization is completed.
    ❌ If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

  • Yes! Do not sign your document before the appointment—the notary must witness your signature.

  • Yes. A notary may refuse service if:

    • The signer lacks valid identification.

    • The document is incomplete or suspicious.

    • The signer is coerced, intoxicated, or unaware of what they are signing.

    • The request violates legal or ethical guidelines.

  • Some documents require a witness. If needed, you must provide your own witnesses unless pre-arranged with us.

  • It varies based on the service. Business formation and branding typically take a few weeks, while marketing campaigns and automation solutions may take longer to show measurable growth.
